Mahalo Rewards
Pedalers is pleased to offer all of our guests, both past and present, our Mahalo Rewards program, an incentive system for helping spread the word about the unique tours from Pedalers Pub & Grille. There are a number of ways to earn Mahalo Reward Points (MRPs) and you can use the points towards a tour starting with your second tour with Pedalers.
Our program works by rewarding MRPs for various activities undertaken by guests. Each point earned gives you 1 dollar in credit that can be applied towards the tour cost of your next trip. MRPs are posted on your account about 2 months after the activity, and can be used anytime after they are posted. Some ways to earn points are described below and additional ways to earn points could be added at any point in time.
Keep a Trip Journal in the From the Road section of the Biergarten. Guests who post their trip journal, or maintain a plog about their travels will earn 100 MRPs. Journals and plogs can be verbal or a photo journal or a mix of both. Journals and plogs need to be more than simply a few words to earn the points.
Submit Your Tour Rating / Review. Pedalers now has online post trip questionnaires and customer review forms. You can access the forms here. Guests who help us better our trips by submitting either a Post Trip Questionnaire or Trip Review will earn 50 MRPs (and yes you can do both).
Post a Review on TripAdvisor.com . Guests who post a good review on Trip Advisor in either the appropriate destination or adventure forums will earn 50 MRPs. Or submit a good review to Biketour-Reviews.com and earn 50 MRPs.
Refer Your Friends. Tell your friends and if they name you as the person who referred them to Pedalers, you will earn 50 MRPs.
Be an Expert in the Forum. Past guests who answer questions posted on the forums about our trips or destinations will earn 5 MRPs for each useful, original reply; and 1 MRP for each simple reply.
Yes, you get points for traveling with us too. You earn 50 MRPs for every trip you join us for.
Notes:
There is no cash value to this program. Points can only be applied as credit towards the cost of a tour program from Pedalers Pub & Grille.
Points can not be used for the deposit. Points will be applied to the balance due.
Points, once used, are non-refundable and non-transferable if you change your plans or cancel your booking. In the event Pedalers Pub & Grille cancels a trip, your points will be restored to your account.
A number of these rewards are “subjective”, that is the decision as to whether or not it qualifies is up to the interpretation of Pedalers Pub & Grille. As an example, posting a simple one or two paragraph trip journal does not qualify, we expect to see a day by day journal or a trip report of several hundred words. Or a trip review “I had fun” does not qualify, we expect to see several sentences telling why you liked the trip.
